Yup, as of tomorrow morning, TheTailsection is officially Two Years old. Many of you probably don't know this, the blog started on blogger.com and got an official domain around June or July of 2005. Through the first four or five months the site didn't get much attention.
Thank You: There have been a lot of people who have given TheTailsection support over the couple of years it has been online. John_Locke @ TheFuselage, Izzy from www.spoilerfix.com, Ben from LOST.cubit.net, DarkUFO, and of course my various co-bloggers Vexingmodstwo who kept The LOSTExperience.com alive and well, Brinson, Oli, Dave, Merl, and many others. The moderators at TheTailsection forum Knotty Girl, Junior, Bunny Suction, Sniper, and the rest! (If I left anybody out its not because you don't matter, it's because my kids are screaming in the other room!)
Of coursed there are two groups of people that the entire venture would be LOST without: The readers, and the creators of LOST. I can't say thank you enough to either group but I'll try. Thank you to the visitors who continue to put up with me and bring such great and stimulating conversation to the site. And of course, thanks to the geniuses behind LOST that continue to bring us the best show on television.

Nice one Doc!
This site has been my a daily ritual for me for months now and I find it a vastly superior experience to most of the "others" (bad pun I know) Much respect for your time that you put into it (especially being a daddy-o and the rest of your imaginably busy life!!)
LOST is the only t.v. show in like 10 years that has made me borderline OCD and its so great to have the online community to share my madness with.
Kudos to you from little ol' New Zealand

My Lost-obsessed day isn't complete without stopping by this site at least four or fives times. Happy birthday! Keep up the cool-ass work. -- Doc J

Way to stick things out despite all the nay-sayers a little while back. The site's gotten even better since then, and has proven once again that this is one of the best Lost-related sites going. I'd put it in the same place for "speculative fan gossip + news" as I do Lostpedia for comprehensive reference. Congrats, Doc!

Well Doc I don't know if I should think you or reprimand you. I discovered this site about a year ago and it quickly consumed more and more of my time. Thanks for the great fan site and keep it up. Don't know what I would do without all the easter eggs and things you point out.
