No, it isn't that they are on the same network.  Turns out the hospital scenes in the LOST season finale were actually filmed on the Grey's Anatomy set in LA!   Other landmarks used included the real sixth street bridge.  (Source - Kristin E!Online)

Next season at least some of the episodes will be shot in LA as well.  This is not an indication that the show is moving though.  I guess its like Daniel Roebuck said about moving the island to LA, there is just no stand-in for Hawaii.  There is no stand in for LA, either, apparently.

This is not the first time LOST has borrowed another shows set by the way, if you read my interview with Francois Chau (Dr. Marvin Candle) you'll know that the Swan Station orientation film was actually shot on the Alias set after hours, with Alias's crew even.
