BadAsh, where's the original retort? Look, we could keep up this silliness ad infinitum, but it doesn't change the fact that this site has pretty much died and the administrators haven't addressed the many complaints about that.

Is the lack of content due to a lack of submissions or a lack administrative posting of submissions? Since admins are posting news, I have to believe the lack of new content stems from a decline in submissions. When the season is new we can theorize like crazy with the new information, we have theorized the old stuff out as much as we can.

Bluto, I doubt they've not received a single submission. But that's not the point, even if they haven't. The point is that this site has atrophied due to the complete lack of new content generated by the site's owners. People shouldn't have to submit work to the site--that wasn't how it was under the previous management. The site created its own content, because those writing for it had a passion for the show and a great deal of knowledge about it. "Your Voice" was created so the new guys wouldn't have to do that, and while some of the entries were fun, a lot of them were amateurish and pointless, and should not have been posted. The shame of it all is that the material on this site used to be frequent and well written. Now it's all just links to other sites' news items.

Well, the admins of this sight do suck. But so do the posters.

I disagree. I think the premier will start off strong, and resume...on the island, with those Oceanic that we left behind (and Juliet, of course).

I'm hoping it's a Sawyer centric on island episode picking up on their perspective from right before the island disappeared. Whether it's a flash back or flash forward or this new thing they've been talking about that we don't know anything of yet, it should pick up with the on island crew so we know what's up with all that.
Of course since the title is "Because You Left" it has to have something to do with the "on-island crew" and the beginning of the downward spiral with all of them because of the Oceanic 6+Desmond leaving.
But as far as people left on the island to focus on we're only left with a select few:
Locke
Sawyer
Juliet
and possibly:
Daniel/Charlotte/Miles
But let's pray for a Richard, THAT would be a hell of a way to start the new season off with an bang (more like an H-Bomb, or dare I say R-Bomb)

The show being on hiatus shouldn't matter to a news site. Doc Arzt -- http://www.docarzt.com -- posts new articles every single day, sometimes three or four in a given day. And when he was on this site, the same was true here. So no, there's no reason for TheTailSection to be so infrequent and unoriginal with its updates.
