can someone please tell me trhe name of the torrent site its at. i know its illeagal but i downloaded every single episode of season 1 and season 2 on torrent (cause im impaitent and australia waits too long to air the episodes) and still brought the season 1 and 2 boxsets over amazon as soon as they were released in america. because of the dvd quality of the dvds, the extra bonus stuff and to support lost and also cause australia's dvd box sets packaging isnt as cool as the americans 1's (plus i heard some scenes from the season 2 finale were removed on the australian edition of the dvds. why would they do that? morons). i keep hearing on here that if ur into the scene u will hav no trouble findin it. well i am. all the 1's i find r fakes. if u hav found it could u please email me. i think i know why doc arzt donst want links on here cause in case abc read over this section of the site, they mite come down hard on his arse. please. im beggin u.

Ok, I don't know if this is the right place to be asking this but I was just wondering what version of BitTorrent is the best for downloading torrents. I am currently using BitTorrent version 4.24.0. It has a green spiral type logo. Is this the best version? I always find my torrents take ages to start and are always very slow.

I'm downloading the newest one from isohunt; no comments though weather it's fake or not :(. Word of warning to the impatiant: if it asks you to download bitroll to get the password to it, then it contains spyware.

uTorrent is the best overall client for Windows imo (Azureus is really nice but its a system hog and is annoying if you're multitasking).
kTorrent and rTorrent are really nice clients for GNU/Linux btw.

I downloaded both "leaked" episodes. I can't get one to play, I'm in the same boat with sheepboy on that one. The other is an avi file, turning out to be ep6. IF the episode is "leaked" it sure is hard to find, everyone else I've talked to looking for it can't find it either.

If you have a video file that won't work, it might be because you don't have the right audio or video codecs. Do a google search for G-Spot, ignore all the sex links, and get the software of the same name. It looks at video files and tells you what codec you need to run them. Then just google the name of the codec, DL and install it, and try the video again.
As for myself, I found a file on isohunt, but I'm one of three people on it and none of us have any part of the file.

If it isn't on nforce.nl or vcdquality.com it isn't real. Period. Wait till it pops up on one of those sites and then you'll know it is out. On a side note, I talked to a guy from a crew today and he said they have it. It has to work its way through the elites before some release group is gonna get ahold of it. 2-3 days tops. Be patient. There is no way it won't be out, it is just a matter of time.

vcdquality doesn't provide links to torrents the just report when torrents are released and provide info about the quality of each release. if/when its out there isohunt will have it.

Just a comment, but I have no intention of having this wine before its time. I'll wait until Feb 7th and view all of "Not in Portland," but I don't want anyone to think that I'm passing judgment on anyone who chooses to view it prior by any means. I fully understand the need for a Lost-fix. For me, however, the longer the delay, the greater the pay off.

i prefer the online downloads of the show for 2 reason.
1: no ads
2: it's much easier to analize those hidden secrets frame by frame and lost certainly is a show that requires that from time to time.
I do however buy them on DVD when they hit the shops.
Still no sign of ep7 on the net tho. Only fakes.

personally, i've located quite a few torrent files for this episode (it's been mentioned where to go already). i'm currently TRYING to leech 3 different versions but none of them are too speedy at this point. not very many people seeding so far seems to be the trouble. i also worry that some if not all of them may be fakes. i guess we'll find out when i hit 100%, won't we!?

Fakes are usually there to track user IP's (usually the MPAA). If Episode 7 was released by a proper 'scene' group it would be labelled as 'DVDSCR' not 'HDTV'.

My personal theory is that the booters have had a change of heart and won't release it so early, possibly screwing the show (in many's minds). I would wager it would pop up possibly a week or few days before air-date.

That versions a fake. Nothing will play it because it isn't real. If that version was real, then we would have legit copies all over the net.
