Well, We're all in Comic Con hangover mode, but there is some news concerning, "Lost: The Video Game."
To be specific, there are some "Easter Eggs" to be found in the trailer and Ubisoft has launched a new website for the game. I haven't had the time to search through the site yet to find if there are any hidden goodies to be found. That is where you all come in. Search the site high and low and find out if Damon and Carlton along with the brilliant software designers have given us something to digest over the long hiatus.
Click on the link to keep reading this post and I'll point out some of the "Eggs" you may have not noticed the first time through.
Egg #1: These first few "caps" show a series of arrows posted on the landscape. Is this just a way of giving directions in the game or is it more? If it is just directions, why the confusing sign on the rock?

Egg #2: During the trailer, when John Locke is at the computer in the Swan station, the Swan logo appears as an overlay for a brief moment in the lower right corner. It could just be an identifying mark for players to recognize which station they are in, but it seems that such a mark would be present the entire time and not just a quick blink on and off.

Egg #3: This is the most interesting. Near the end of the trailer there is a short clip of John at the computer again. Right after that, there is a single frame splice of a computer screen with John in the reflection. The computer monitor reflecting John shows an interesting message: "Find us... and we will show you the way." It could be a part of the gameplay, but the way that it is presented would miss most trailer viewers. To me, this indicates that it has a much larger meaning. Also, the quality of this shot seems to be from a live-action shot and not similar to the video game graphics of the rest of the trailer.

As for the website I referred to earlier. You can all continue the hunt for Lost clues by going to the Ubisoft website. It can be found at www.lostgame.com. Good luck and happy hunting!

Thanks for the screen caps. Does anyone know if the game and the show are tied together in any fashion, as in Plot wise? Or that the game might give clues to the show?

Can't rembeber where (If I can find a link I'll let you know), but I believe the producers said it would be a sidestory that gave insights into what's going on, but not necessarily reveal anything about the upcoming season(s). Oh and the story of the game is written by the producers as well.

Not to be a wet noodle, but i really believe they game trailer's content has nothing to do with the series plot line. The arrows are more than likely part of the game to help players along, it's not going to be 100% the same as the show, that would be hard to do in a video game world. I just hope its fun, being able to revisit the Swan Hatch will be fun, and i'd say that sort of thing is why the developers are bringing the game to us. I dunno really, i've been wrong before.
Off the subject i really hate the amount of time i have to wait in order to post a darn message, hitting preview was a mistake, apparently doing so makes the server think i've posted too many times already.... argh!
Ok seriously it's been 15 minutes, it still won't let me post.... anyone else have this problem??

This is from the March 7th interview on BuddyTV which can be accessed from the interview section on this very page:
BuddyTV: About the video game that…is doing. Are you guys involved in the plot of that at all, will that be a self-contained story like the Lost Experience?
Carlton Cuse: It is going to be self-contained although it will obviously take place and be set in environments that we’ve seen on the show. We’re involved in sort of an overview fashion, we’re not writing the game. The game, however, is being in part written by Dawn Kelly who used to work; both as a writer's assistant and wrote an episode on the show. So we obviously are involved in monitoring and progress and the development of the game but they’re writing their own self-contained story that isn’t an extension of canon.
Damon Lindelof: [...] So if you’re watching the show you’re not going to go, “Oh wait a minute, was this going on because I was playing the game? I was in this environment playing the role of this character.” The answer is no. It’s more sort of a fun way of re-exploring some of the things that you’ve already seen in the show but from a different point of view.
So, from the comments above:
1. Cuse and Lindelof are not writting the game.
2. It's just a different perspective of things we aleady know (not to say the story itself won't be involving).
For the 'eggs':
#1 the first and third pictures just look like standard pointing apparatus to me, the second one looks more like a clue to a puzzle: the kind of thing that I'd get frustrated over and look up in a F.A.Q. and then be more frustrated and say "Oh, I'm supposed to spin 180 and then look right... why didn't the frickin' arrow just point to the left?"
#2 The thought that comes to mind is the played character is watching John on the terminal from the Pearl. It could also be a 'debug' stamp to remind the programmers where they are currently, or trailer-only to show the audience that they'll see inside the Swan. Or if could be there to remind the player where they are so as not to alienate people that haven't watched the show and think the game might be fun. Remember, this game isn't just for us fanatics.
#3 Given it's green text on a black screen, what exactly led you to believe it was chucked out by the graphics engine same as everything else? This may have also been a fade-in to the next part of the trailer. The text is probably part of the game play, but I don't think it has anything to do with the show story.
Think about it, if this game gave us more to the show and was canon, wouldn't that be a huge selling point as well? If it provided the connection between Locke's knowledge of the workings of the island, I would think they would definite point that out, as he's defintely up there on intriguing 'current' events.
I could be wrong, but I'm only going off what the producers have said any time I mentioned something as other than opinion.
About not being able to post:
I had the same problem earlier. I also tried to preview the post first to make sure the html worked well enough and was told I'd posted too much too often (funny as I think this is the second or third time ever that I've posted here, the last being more than a month ago). Possible bug, mayhaps?

I'm so not into this game, and those were some pretty poose easter eggs imho.

not to be a naysayer as usual, but you clearly can't expect them to seriously give away useful LOST info in a video game. though it might be pleasing to us, the game is clearly not a conduit for any useful information for the show.

Anybody remember the LOST Experience? Those that followed it already know the purpose of the numbers as well as background on the Hanso foundation. There will definitely be interesting easter eggs in the game.

my problem with that shot of the computer screen is that it should be reflecting john's face straight on, if anything at all. maybe it's just because of the transition from one shot to the next.

I can't seem to get in to see the trailer! Can someone help?

I looked at the site and the only weirdness I could find was in the screen next to the clickable one. I can't work out what (if anything) the image is supposed to be.Screenie:
