Josh Holloways Accidentally Reveals Details onFinal Season
While Cuse and Lindelof said Elizabeth Mitchell was returning, Josh Holloway may have let something slip during the press interviews afterward. In describing what Sawyer will be like in the final season, Holloway indicated that his character will revert to his bitter, non-heroic life after the death of Juliet. So in whatever capacity Mitchell returns, it won’t be next to Sawyer.
“Now that he’s lost Juliet, I think the leader/hero thing is gone,” Holloway said. He added that Sawyer is “heart-broken, he’s back to [thinking] the world sucks.”

I hope Josh is right. Mother of God, that chemistry-less, cliche-ridden, and interminably AWFUL relationship between James and Juliet made me want to put my head through a plate glass window. Juliet got what her whiny character deserved and not a moment too soon. I hope the only way we see her is as a spirit telling James to get on with his life and forget about her.

Shane, it sounds like you’re just lonely and jealous.

@Chris Temple:
He’s not the only one. Since her introduction I have strongly disliked Juliet’s character. She really provides nothing but to be used as a plot device to stir relationships on the show. The woman who plays her is also not really a great actress either. It’s not even one of those instances where “You just don’t like her because she’s a new character” I like Miles and Faraday, who both are played by good actors with talen and believability.

Well I think you two are in the minority.
