Official Episode Descriptions for “316″ and “The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham”
Do you want to know what’s coming up on the next two pivotal episodes of Lost and what very familiar faces will be returning? You can learn a lot from reading ABC’s official press releases for the episodes, and in the next two weeks, we’ll learn a lot more about how the Oceanic 6 plan to go back and what John Locke did when he got off the Island.
“316″ ABC Description: “The way back to the island is revealed to members of the Oceanic 6, but there’s trouble ahead when not all of them wish to return.”
This episode will also feature Fionnula Flanagan as Eloise Hawking, Jeff Fahey returning as Frank Lapidus (which could be another flashback to the time on the Searcher, Penny’s boat) and Mary Mara as Jill, Ben’s mysterious butcher friend.
“The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham” ABC Description: “Locke’s fateful mission off the island as Jeremy Bentham is revealed.”
That title pretty much says it all. But there’s more, as this episode has an al-star guest cast. John Terry is back as Jack’s dad Christian and Alan Dale returns as Charles Widmore. We’ll also get to see Malcolm David Kelly as Walt (or WAAAAAAAAALT!) and, most importantly, Lance Reddick as Matthew Abaddon.
I guess J.J. gave him some time off from Fringe, just for Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, who wrote both of these episodes.
With all of these guest stars and major plot points, the rest of February should bring key episodes that will shift the series in dramatic ways.

It’s about time we get more Abaddon. He’s probably one of the biggest mysteries that we know the least about.

you’re a day late and a dollar short with this stuff man. Dark is way better… has always been and will always been.

Oh, come on.
What are you doing wasting your time on this website if it sucks so much?
I go to both of them, and they both are good for certain things. My Lost online experience wouldn’t be the same without the Tail Section.

Abaddon is the creepiest thing on lost. The lack of knowing who he is, what he is doing, who he is working for, and his overall ubiquitous creepy factor makes me more afraid of him than anything else. I can’t wait to see more.

I’m not sure if I agree that Abaddon is the creppiest thing on LOST. Given how little we really know about him and his agenda, Christian is getting creepier by the episode. So is Ben. And Mrs. Hawking. And… etc. etc. etc. Just who do we actually know enough about to feel comfortable with? Isn’t that the beauty of LOST?
