New Season 5 Clip
ABC just released a new clip for season 5. Kate gets confronted by some men asking to test her relationship to her son. Kate’s going on the run again, which is just really fitting. I wonder where she will run to?

The agents are clearly not legit; that scene is almost laughable really without context. Seems very similar to when Matthew Abaddon claimed to be an Oceanic Airlines rep to Hurley in the mental hospital.
This scene to me means that the Dharma Initiative is actively pushing Kate to go on the run which will ultimately put her in the hands of Jack/Ben and then return back to the Island with the rest of the O6. This gives Kate a reason to join them to get back to the Island.

Couldn’t it be linked with Claire’s mother though? And maybe with Jack (with THinIL’s Dharma theory. Jack now knows that the kid is more his than Kate’s and now that he met Claire’s mom maybe he wants to make ‘it’ right, for once…

When Jack said “Kate won’t even talk to me” Ben replies, “I may be able to help you with that.”
We know she contacts those she loves, even when she is on the run. Where else do we think she will run except to our favorite pill popper.

It could be the DI that sent those two guys to scare Kate, but why would they have any interest in Aaron? How would they even know that Aaron is “special”? I think is seems more fitting that Ben would be pulling some strings here to get Kate on board with going back to the island. Like Andy said, who’s she going to run to? Jack, no question about it.
This is somewhat off topic but I was just thinking about the time when Ben mentioned that he wasn’t the one that made the decision to purge the Dharma Initiative because he wasn’t always leader of the Others. If it is in fact true that the on islanders got sent back to the Dharma Days then couldn’t it be possible that Locke and/or the 815ers were responsible for taking out the DI? Just a thought.

We do know that after Jack leaves some horrible things take place. My bet is on Old Locke calling the shot. I expect the coastal group (Sawyer, Julliet, etc.) will end up with the DI - thus, we hear our favorite physist in the video with Marvin Candle/haliwax. Locke will be with the insurgents. (but if that is the case - I have no idea about how the volcano will play a role since it had gone off long before the DI and Ben’s physical science class.)

I was thrilled to see this HUGE plot hole being addressed…I was really a bit angry about the epi in which we saw Kate’s future, where her court cases are wrapped up in an impossibly neat bow (although I do think I know what is going on there now after reading “The Myth of Lost”) and nobody questioning Kate about Aaron. The math is simply impossible and any journalist would have been able to figure that out. Kate would have had to have been visibly pregnant in order for Aaron to have been hers, and even if she somehow hid her pregnancy up into the 8th month (I guess it has happened before) she was booked into jail in Australia, where she would have received a medical exam and a pregnancy test. This issue really bothered me because it was just so obviously WRONG! So I am really glad that someone has finally learned how to count! I do wonder who though…

Check out the Oceanic 6 hoax documentary at http://www.docarzt.com - the hoax documentary addresses the particular problems with how many weeks along Kate was and how old Aaron is at the press conference. It is very entertaining!

That “documentary” is just great…not only does it address the HUGE issue with Kate/Aaron (any person who has ever seen a baby knows that Aaron is not 5 weeks old!), but is it really funny that they mention that they had to be on a “deserted” island that allowed them to maintain weight, change their clothes and shave and cut their hair! Just too funny!
