Where did the island disappear to?

The island moved both in time and space, most likely into the past and to a different location. We know that it could not have stayed in the same place while going back in time, as this would not have moved the island and therefore most likely would not have disappeared. It most likely moved in time and space before. My opinion is there was once a giant statue built, with only one foot on the island, and therefore when it moved, it ripped the foot off. Also, during another move (I think Charles Widmore moved it once – explaining why he is willing to spend lots of money to get back, yet not going back himself), I think that the Island situated itself underneath the black rock, thus explaining its position on island.

When is the island?

As mentioned before, I think that the island has now moved back in time, as is suggested in the preview for season five. Therefore, all the bad stuff can happen to the island, that when we see Jack and Ben in current time, it’s not that far in the past as Locke + the Islanders would have had a few more years for this to happen in.

How are the Oceanic-6 going to get back?

I don’t know. It obviously entails that they all do it together, including John Locke.

Is Sun on the side of the Oceanic-6?

Yes, however I think she is turning to Widmore because she believes that he gives her a better chance of getting her back to the island so she can find out what happened to Jin. I think this allegiance, however, will make the rest of the Oceanic 6 weary of where her heart lies and cause a rift between them, therefore making it difficult to reunite for a return to the island.

Is Jin dead?

No, don’t be silly. He is clearly an integral part of the storyline. Besides, who have we actually seen die that hasn’t come back in some form? I think once he is found and brought back to the island, he will be fine. Or he’ll be fine no matter what. I really don’t know, but he’s too fantastic of an actor and he hasn’t been arrested for DUI yet, so I think he’ll be okay.

How is Locke going to Die?

Fake hanging. I think that Charles Widmore, once learning about Locke’s departure from the island, knows that to get back Locke would need to go too and he is far too jealous and wants it all for himself, and therefore getting rid of Locke would disallow the Oceanic 6 (7 with Locke, 8 with Ben) from returning. However, it is not impossible to see that maybe Locke would actually kill himself because without the island, he clearly has nothing to live for as we see in numerous flashbacks. He hates his life, however, I think Widmore will have him killed before he has a chance to do it himself.

What happened to Faraday since he was neither on nor very far from the island?

It is my opinion that the island is not just the physical island, but is surrounded by more like a bubble, and therefore will be caught in the same loop that anyone else literally on the island. Therefore, what happened to Faraday is what happens to everyone else.

What’s up with Claire and the cabin?

I think the cabin is like a ‘third plane’ in which people can go when something happens, where they can live again. By this I am clearly suggesting that Claire has ‘died’, but in the cabin is normal again. Also by saying this, I am clearly admitting that I don’t know.

Was Charlotte was born on the island? When? How?

Charlotte will end up being an important part of the islands survival. I think at some point, Faraday will go back in time and end up being the unknown father of Charlotte. YES, that’s right, I went there. That’s why Miles joked about her ‘never’ being there before, as clearly he knows more than he is letting on. Also, I don’t think I’m the only one who has noticed a closeness between Faraday and Charlotte that is more than friends, less than lovers, but still something very powerful.

Why is Ben all of a sudden teaming up with the good guys?

Ben cannot get to the island anymore. Also, as I suggested, neither can Widmore. Getting the Oceanic 6 + Locke back to the island is how Ben will be able to keep control away from Widmore.

How are they going to get Locke to the island?

By either carrying the casket or a “Weekend at Berney’s” type vignette. Hah. Let me dream.
