Damon Lindelof Participates in Showrunner Roundtable
The Hollywood Reporter recently held a roundtable discussion with five different showrunners: Damon Lindelof, Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies), Matthew Weiner (Mad Men), David Shore (House), and Craig Thomas (How I Met Your Mother). The gang discussed falling ratings in the wake of the writers’ strike, the differences between working for a network and working for cable, and who has the best Emmy chances. It’s a fascinating read with some extremely talented people.

Very interesting and insightful. Lindelof mentioned “THE WIRE”, my favorite show other than “LOST”. If you are a fan of “LOST” and have never seen “THE WIRE”, check it out. Just like “LOST”, there are situations and plot points that don’t play out for many episodes, or even a few seasons, and just like “LOST” you need to pay very close attention. Start from the beginning… you won’t be sorry.

I loved the shout out to Battlestar Galactica - my new fav show, although I haven’t even started Season 3 yet, which I hear is great
