Catch Up on Lost in Under Nine Minutes
If you need a nice refresher of the first three seasons of Lost, or simply want to introduce friends to the series without sitting them down for days on end, ABC has a video that can help. The network has just released a recap of the entire series on their website, cleverly titled "Lost in 8:15." Yes, you can now pummel the entirety of Lost into your brain in just over eight minutes, though I wouldn’t recommend operating any heavy machinery afterwards.
I think this kind of recap is great for people who are already fans of the series, but I’m not sure how helpful it’ll be for newbies. Lost is simply full of too much information to ever condense it all to under nine minutes, even with a helpful narrator that sounds like she recently drank 18 espressos.
The only interesting bit of new information in this recap is a flash of the number 6, which was also seen in one of the season four trailers. Check out the rest of the video here:

There is a much better version of this video

i actually know what the 6 is about and who it pertains too. I don’t mind at all, but I think being surprised when it happens would have been a little better, which is why I recommend everyone to not read any spoilers! I skimmed through a few, that didnt give away much, and from the looks of it, these first 8 episodes are going to be so freakin awesome!
on another note
does anyone know what is up with the abc promo? you know at the end when you hear a guy say “WATCH LOST, starting January 31st on ABC”, and you see the island in a turquiose color; well look at the water, is that a reflection of city buildings and not a reflection of the island itself? in previous promos, we got the reflection of the island, but now we got a reflection of buildings

have a reflection of the buildings is just refering to the flash-forwards and that the show will take place on home not just on the island.
as for the 6, thats the oceanic 6 who get off the island…. jack kate sayid hurley are a deffo 4 sun and jin are the rumored other 2.

The “buildings” look more like People to me.

I just thought that the buildings had more meaning; such as the Islanders actually being on land and not on the island, or them being on the island and on land but at a different time period…or something, but intertwining in a way….lol,
it’s just the lostie in me that is thinking this way
but yea i kinda guessed it refered to them focusing more on flash fowards and them being off the island

it’s obvious the reflection refers to the ‘off -island’ happenings.
How do we know there are only 6 of them who got off ,and how do we know who they are?

^^ because spoilers get released and people read them.

Actually the number 6 has been in more than one other trailer. There was the official season 4 trailer and there was also a teaser from months ago, it just said “9/22/04, Oceanic Flight 815, LOST, But not forgotten” then the number 6 flashed.

“Mr. Friendly throws like a girl.”
That really made me laugh.

The narrator of the “Catch up on Lost” sounds so familiar - anyone know who it is? Familiar - but not from the show….

Nice goin Derrick ya jackass, not everyone wants spoiler information just f-ing shoved in their face. I came here to read about Lost not find out something the show itself should be revealing to me. At least Preztige had some f-ing discretion, then you come out and blab that sh-t like you f-ing write the show yourself. Good job man, seriously, I hope you feel better having ruined so much for anyone who comes on to read a thing or two.
