Mobisode 1: “The Watch”
ABC released the first of thirteen mini-episodes of Lost, entitled Lost: Missing Pieces, but probably better known in the Lost fan community as Mobisodes. Every Monday, a new Mobisode will appear on ABC.com, counting down to the season 4 premiere. The webisodes are short, just a couple of minutes, but they are totally original, written and directed by the real Lost staff. The first Mobisode, which was released today, is called “The Watch” and was written by show-runner Carlton Cuse. It takes place in the hours before Jack’s marriage as Jack and his father share a tender moment on the beach.

So this is how it is going to be now? “Click here to go to BuddyTV to get a long winded description of what you can watch for free at ABC.com”? No analysis! No discussion of what the contents of the video reveal about Jack’s relationship with his father? This literally fills in why dad was such a jerk in early episodes but seemed so much more sane in the latter episodes. Of course, this post reveals that tailsection will be nothing but spam for buddytv. Fuck this crap. I’m heading to a new site. Doc please get off your ass and make a site already. Whatever is keeping you down, let the fans know. We got your butt to Hawaii, we’ll get you a good attorney to get the monkeys off your back. I just can’t stand this!

I ain’t even giving buddytv’s crap a chance if they’re going to link to that damn site every article. Come on guys, at least keep this site firmly on this site.

Actually Doc did this with QUITE a few of his posts for a very long time. I think assuming it’ll be every post after just a couple is a bit harsh. BUT I too hope there will be more content here in the future (buddyTv is blocked by my work for some reason).

I don’t mind having them link to BuddyTV, I come here for the news. BUT, I wouldn’t mind getting some opinions from the poster. Give them a chance, guys, they are practically restarting the site.

He did it with his easter eggs, yeah, but he gave opinions, too, good ones at that. Hopefully we’ll get some in future posts.

I tried to take over for Doc, but like him, I was strong-armed out by BuddyTV. All they’re going to do is spam the site for you to visit BuddyTV.
Hopefully, Doc will be able to post somewhere that appreciates his “Lost” analysis.
