Lost Spoiler! The Tall Thin Man is… and Russell Isn’t…
Michael Ausiello of TV Guide has passed on more Lost casting scoop. Face it, Ausiello is just on fire. This time the casting is of a certain Tall Thin Man by the name of…
They call him ‘Arthur,’ and his character description is alarmingly similar to one Richard Alpert. And no, I do not mean "ageless island guy."
The description was something like "Ruthless corporate recruiter," which was very similar to how Richard Alpert was described in his casting call. Knowing where Alpert’s character went, you can’t necessarily put a lot of stock in the description.
The actor who will play Arthur, formerly rumored to be Alias alum Angus Scrimm, will be Lance Reddick. Reddick has been a regular on The Wire, and has also worked with Harold Perrineau (Michael) before on Oz!
He’s a terrific actor that really exudes that ‘dangerous’ vibe when he wants to. Another one knocked out of the park!

i LOVE him in the wire
(i’m only through season 3, so don’t spoil if anything happens to him!!!)

Not much for the normal news sites, myself. Though a comics section would be nice…

i went to Monstermania in Cherry Hill NJ.
and i met Angus Scrim, and i asked him if he was joining the cast of LOST.
He told me he Worked with JJ Abrams Before on Alias, but has NOT been contacted about being on LOST. He said He hopes he get a call, because he’s a BIG LOST FAN and would love to be on the show.
