LOST Ending Mapped out, and Mobisode Info!

Lost News — June 13, 2007 at 12:59 pm by Santa

Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse are in New York speaking at the Promax/BDA’s annual conference, and let loose a few cool details about the upcoming mobisodes.  They also responded, predictably, to the anxiety their comments in the New York Times stirred up over The Sopranos surprise cut away ending.  Rest assured, the ending will not be anything resembling The Sopranos’.  Probably the most shocking admission was that the ending, as of right now, this very very moment, has been conceptualized.

From TheHollywoodReport

He [Carlton Cuse] and co-creator Damon Lindelof answered questions — but not any of those questions — and said that they do have an ending for the show that was fleshed out along with the last three seasons during a recently completed writers’ "minicamp" before the start of production in August.

Doesn’t it give you sort of a sublime chill just knowing that somewhere, under lock and key, is the details as to how LOST will end?   Let’s hope there are no Lostfan108s or Insiderscoops vacuuming the rugs in THAT office.

As for the mobisodes,  they addressed the fact that these things have literally been years in the making;  mostly due to the complexities of casting.  Most importantly, they indicated the mobisodes will not be just filler, they will provide an enhanced understanding of what is going on.  To what level, who knows!
