Maggie Grace goes from LOST to ‘Taken’
After the shameful remake of "The Fog", a lot of folks were sticking forks in Maggie Grace’s movie career. Well, save your cutlery for dinner time because the actress formerly known as Shannon is going to be gracing the silver screen in an even bigger, even better lead role.
This time she is being cast in action film director Luc Besson’s "Taken" co-starring Liam Neeson. In the film, Maggie is abducted and taken to a third world country where she is put into slavery. Neeson plays a former spy who is forced to take things in his own hands to save her.
The film is directed by Besson’s countryman Pierre Morel, whom he previously teamed with on "The Transporter".
Maggie has had little to say publicly about the part which is currently in pre-production. Taken will be released to the big screen in the summer of 2008.
Grace joins Matthew Fox, Ian Somerhalder, and Harold Perrineau who have all turned their LOST kick-off into big screen success. Harold’s "28 Weeks Later", the sequel to Danny Boyle’s Zombie epic "28 Days Later", will hit theaters this summer along with Fox’s "Vantage Point".

Maggie is really smokin’ hot, i could die for her legs. DAMN!

Don’t you mean Neeson’s?
No big deal, but spelling is a plus!
btw, thanks for the info! I’m definitely going to have to watch that movie.

Besson and Morel have teamed up on lots of projects. More than just The Transporter (I and II) Danny the Dog and the awesome Banileue 13 as well are worth mentioning.
And Meg, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.
Pierre Morel (the director of this film) is french. The same country as the writer Luc Besson. Spelling may be a plus, but so is actually knowing what you are talking about.

Anyone who likes Maggie Grace should try and see the Miracles episode “Mother’s Daughter” which she guest-starred in. It’s probably her best performance to date.

Just for the record, Perrineau’s actually been around for quite a while. True, Lost and Oz have really brought him into the mainstream eye, but he had leading roles in both Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet and Wayne Wang’s Smoke, for which he was even nominated for an Independent Spirit Award, both films over ten years old.

I do remember now… Mercutio right! Haha, I knew I has seen him somewhere I just couldn’t put my finger on it.
Speaking of Michael… where the hell is he. He and Walt have been floating aimlessly at sea for a couple weeks now.
