Hopefully something can be worked out. Not having resolution to that part of the story would be unfortunate. It’s a difficult situation, because a lot of these actors had a big career boost by being in Lost and new opportunities opened up for them, maybe it some cases to the detriment of the show.

I think the stories of Walt/Michael and Libby should have been addressed this season as promised. They are too important from a fan stand point to be just left alone for that long. Esp the Michael and Walt story.

Yeah they spent a shit load of time on Michael and Walts story and it’s a pretty big plot point in the story so far. It would suck almost as much as ecko getting killed and us never finding out about how the drug airplane got there.

For those who watched Abrams’ Alias. This is a common thing. That’s why I laugh at all the theories and ideas and attention to detail. There will be a whole lot left open at the end of the series, or they’ll come up with a lame “all-encompassing” ending that explains everything in a very general way.

Sucks when reality gets in the way of fiction.

Hopefully they can come back; a conclusion for them would be nice.
If there is concern about not having enough minorities on the show, they should introduce Taye Diggs’ character from ‘Daybreak’. I could totally see the Dharma Corporation doing a psychological experiment on someone making them re-live the same day over and over.

Well I’m pretty sure that some of the folks associated with LOST read this blog. If so I would like to say that they have to resolve this part of the story. Michael was definitely an integral part of the first and second season… and Walt’s abilities were barely explained at all. So, bring Walt back at least. Either way it would be a bad move to completely drop it.

If Michael doesn’t return, this show was the most rediculous waste of time. Oh let me guess, they are going to say he died on the raft. Please. LAME! They better bring him back.

That would be the biggest disapointement if that story wasnt’t resolved properly…Can’t ABC gives the whole crew especially the original Lost crew an equal raise? I know the media focuses a lot on Sawyer, Kate & Jack and more power to em but I think all the actors should get paid equally

tbh i really dont care. wow did they get off the island or not. big part of the lost overall story line. this could be answered with them not in the show. like jack, kate or sawyer asking if they really let them go. the walt storyline could also be resloved without him by the losties asking what they did with walt. i know it would be better if they did come back and tell their own story but if he really dont want to come back or wants more money then f**k him. i dont see walt coming back bacause of the ageing of him unless thats part of the story or they have allready shot the part when he comes back.

I realize Michaels character is missing possibly due to contractual disputes… and, according to the article, Walt is gone until they figure out how to handle his growth.
But, with the death of Eko, and Ana Lucia and the introduction of the two new characters… the show has become, well, predominately Anglo.
If I were Sun and Jin.. I might be nervous.

I am REALLY curious what happened to Michael and Walt and I would be so disappointed if they don’t come back to their story line just because of a dispute over money or whatever. Not only do I want to know where they ended up once they left on the boat and more about Walt’s abilities, but I also want to know what the Others were doing with Walt the entire time he was kidnapped. We never found that out either. Plus I thought Michael was an interesting character. I HOPE they can work something out and don’t leave us hanging!
