LOST Spoiler - Stranger In a Strangeland press release
From ABC Medianet comes the official press release for ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’. Some may consider this spoilerish so I’ll poke in behind this link:
"Stranger in a Strange Land" - A power play ensues between Jack and "The Others" as Juliet’s future hangs in the balance. Meanwhile, Kate, Sawyer and Karl continue on their journey away from "Alcatraz," on "Lost," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
"Lost" stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Henry Ian Cusick as Desmond, Emilie de Ravin as Claire, Michael Emerson as Ben, Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Daniel Dae Kim as Jin, Yunjin Kim as Sun, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Elizabeth Mitchell as Juliet, Dominic Monaghan as Charlie and Terry O’Quinn as Locke.
Guest starring are M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly/Tom, Tania Raymonde as Alex, Blake Bashoff as Karl, Kimberly Joseph as Cindy, Bai Ling as Achara, Diana Scarwid as Isabel, Shannon Chanhthanam as Thai boy, Siwathep Sunapo as Thai man and James Huang as Chet.
"Stranger in a Strange Land" was written by Elizabeth Sarnoff & Christina M. Kim and directed by Paris Barclay.
"Lost" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP.
A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate.
i remember alex yelling at kate something about how they’d kill her boyfriend too. which i thought implied that the others had killed karl (we haven’t actually seen him in a while and he did try to run away). this is obviously not the case as he’s listed as an escapee… does anyone else remember anything like this???

@ Jeff, it’s been talked about for a while [at least in the spoiler-y-er corners of the 'net] that Karl isn’t dead. I don’t recall whether or not Alex ever said [more likely screamed] that Karl was dead but since she doubtlessly doesn’t know everything that happens on the Lostcatraz Island, it shouldn’t be a surprise if she were wrong about something. Apparently she did say something about them killing her boyfriend but it’s possible that she’s referring to another boyfriend. Papa Ben might be that protective all the time.
