New Years Spoilers!
A few spoilers have started to creep out….
Straight up, Matthew Fox has said (Read the quote here) that Jack will be absent from at least two episodes. This no doubt is how the rumors of Fox leaving the show proliferated. Still, Jack being gone for two eps is interesting. What will become of him?

I think Jack will just be imprisoned in a deep dark hole somewhere by the others, or go on some sort of spiritual, and no-doubt patchy finding journey on the island, which will be shown in an on island jack flashback episode or something

Well we did see a leaked photo of Jack hanging out in one of the bear cages. It’s not a huge leap to assume that after the whole “almost killing Ben” thing, Jack gets to play prisoner for a few episodes.

I think Jacks just going to have some sort of a cliffhanger, and then the other side of the island will only be shown.

I’m hoping that when Kate and Sawyer get back to the home base, they’ll get together with Sayid, Locke, Desmond, etc and use Desmond’s “superpowers” to help them lead an attack on the others of some sort (to rescue Jack). Widely optimistic, of course, but they have to put his future-seeing to some use!

I think Cindy and the Others are there to watch Jack leave the Island. He’ll leave for a bit, and then come back because he rendezvous with Penny.

nice trailer, i dont think jack will die though. They will either keep him prisoner 4 a bit or let him go. If the latter, he may find michael and penny and return to save his losties.

I think Kate clobbers a generic Other guard; some seem think it’s Matthew (the guy with the big-ass needle in EMFH), but the hair is wrong.
The girl at sea is Claire, but I suspect we’ll see that bit, then have Des wake up, startled. A typical dream sequence thing.

Jack is getting it on with the Thai tattoo artist. The lady, played by Bai Ling, is rumored to be a former love interest of Jack when in Thailand. Apparently Jack is madly infatuated with this lady. I guess another person to fix.
On another note: I think it would be pretty Lost (cool) of them, if the creators had Jack and Sawyer run into each while in Thailand.

If lost is gay get off the site idiot!!!! anyway i dont think jack will die i no its always a cliffhanger when a major character dies but jack is the top man everyhing in some way always has summit to do with jack or hes always involved!! i agree hell just get locked up in that cage that we have all seen been posted around for a couple of weeks!!! cant wait for the second half of season to start!!!
