   I don’t know, but I kind of view casting someone like Bai Ling as a jump the shark situation, just due to everything that comes with her. I hope I’m wrong.

   Weere is it written that 309 (or 308) is Jack’s last episode for season 3?
   I doubt it is. Unless they kill him. There should be at least 322 episodes, so I am SURE Jack will get another flashback after 309 (308) before season 3 ends. Maybe around 319, 320.

   Having said that, Bai Ling might just be in the other Jackback (the same way Sarah was in more than one) and she can even be in someones other flashback too. She could have met any one of the Losties besides Jack.

   To me if Bai Ling will be in 3 episodes it absolutely doesn’t mean she will eb a jumping the shark momment. Although it would be a LOT OF FUN to see Jack going with Ben and Juliet to Othersville and bumping into Bai Ling there. It was fun watching Jack and Desmond recognize themselves from “another life” but Bai Ling being his ex-lover would make it much more interesing a meeting.

   even if there were a third jack flashback, that would still leave her one shy. But so far two per season seems tops for jack, sawyer, kate, and locke.

   Jack’s episode is supposed to be 309, the 3rd one when Lost comes back. Who else wants to bet that she just misspoke and meant “the 3rd episode” and not “3 episodes”? How is her english?

   Sawyer said “Well, Doc, you may have been to Phuket (Thailand) but I’ve been to Tallahassee (Florida).” He didn’t say he’d been to Thailand. (And we now know that he was in prison in Tallahassee.)

   Here’s a thought: what if the reason Bai Ling is in 3 episodes is that the writers are going to do something new, like give us 3 Jack flashback episodes in a row (or just within a shorter amount of time than usual)? Maybe Jack is getting ready for some sort of major character twist that would justify having several consecutive epsiodes devoted to him?

   My pet theory is that Jack is going to abandon the Losties to become leader of the Others, spurred on by his anger about losing Kate to Sawyer. Wouldn’t something that huge justify 3 Jack-centric episodes?

    I did some research on the name Achara - as all the names in Lost are chosen for a reason.
