Sky One Confirms Airtime for LOST
THIS INFORMATION APPLIES TO THE UK LOST SCHEDULE
SKY ONE bosses have confirmed the transmission date of Lost – it will air on Sunday November 19 at 10pm.
The series opens with a two-part special where we see Jack (Matthew Fox), Sawyer (Josh Holloway) and Kate (Evangeline Lily) imprisoned by The Others. But what do they want from them?
One other question that fans want settled is: which way is Kate leaning in her love triangle with bad boy Sawyer and hunky doctor Jack?
Judging from the first episode, it looks like Sawyer is in pole position.
But cosying up to Kate is not the only thing on his mind – he’s hell-bent on escape from the mysterious Others and their chilling leader, Henry Gale (Michael Emerson).
The show will also be shown in Sky HD and red button users can see the show on multistart at eight different 15 minute intervals.

Wait what the heck is this exactly… I’m kinda confused.

info appreciated…however, most UK viewers who check this site download lost an are well aware of the opening episodes…
what we really want to know is - when the US comes back into season 3 in Febuary will the UK be in sync??? Lost is big in the UK and the reason for this channel shift is to recoup viewers who’ve abandonned the TV schedules in favour of the numerous ways to download it…The only way to get back these viewers would be to air the episodes as close to the US as humanly possible…..any gap would have to be under 4 days to make a sizable difference

In the USA there is a big gap in the transmission dates. Does any one know if season 3 in the UK is going to run weekly.

Im a new viewer to Lost, seen a few of them as my friends are huge fans (so now Im playing catch up)
It obviously depends on what Sky have paid to do, however if I would say they may do what they do with shows like Stargate, which in the US is currently on hiatus until March this year. Normally they break untill mid Janurary, however Sky catch up and take over by about 2 episodes allowing us in the UK to finish a season before the States (this year it will be a couple of months before)
I wouldnt think Sky would mess around with their schedualing too much as they remain consistant, but we will have to wait and see for sure
