Tonight on LOST (Possible Spoilers)
When we last saw Charlie, Eko, Locke, and Desmond, they were engaged in a struggle over the control of the mysterious swan station hatch. Was the mysterious string of numbers that had to be entered every 108 minutes truly saving the world, as Eko believed, or was it all just a psychological experiment as Locke had come to believe. Their battle of wills came to blows, and Locke was intitially repelled, but with the help of an inside man, Desmond, he was able to lock down the station and wait for the clock to run down to anti-climax as he was convinced it would. He was wrong.
In the end, Desmond "sacrificed" himself, and the others as it would seem, to activate a failsafe below the hatch’s computer room. The sky all over the island was bleached white and a piercing howl drove everybody to their knees. Parts of the hatch fell from the sky. In the aftermath Charlie, who had helped Eko attempt to blast the hatch doors open, stumbled from the jungle with no info at all on the fate of Locke, Eko, and Desmond. We coud presume they were dead, of course, but this is LOST.
Tonight Mr. Locke returns, in what many expect to be a reprisal of his mystical season one ways, with one thing on his mind: Save Mr. Eko.

Everything that happend off the island was hard for me to process why John Locke was at a commune, and knowingly sold drugs?
If I mispelled commune please correct me.

Who knows. Maybe he just went along with it to be part of a “family”, learning about the weed after the fact - he also helped his dirtbag dad get the stolen money remember. If we was totally morally upright he wouldn’t have gone along with it. I think John’s no Saint, he’s no con man like Sawyer, but in the “real world” he’s just gullible and easily misled… Now, on the island it’s another matter…
