Perrineau to star in 28 Weeks Later!!
Does anyone remember when those fake script pages were on the net saying that Jack had a clone and Michael and Jin where going to have fight Zombies on the Island? Well, it seema that Michael will be facing off against Zombies but not on Lost anyway. Perrineau will be facing off against the undead in 28 Weeks Later…
28 Weeks Later is the sequel to the Indie great 28 Days Later. One of the better and more original Zombie Movies since Romero made his. Anyway, back to the point at hand. The last time we saw Perrineau he left Lost in the Season 2 Finale and most of us felt like we kinda hated him for betraying his friends, but he did what he had to do to save his son no matter what the cost was! We will see Perrineau will saving more people and more families from Europe. Perrineau will star as an "American Special Forces Pilot who leads families to safety in London after the Outbreak." Lets Hope it is as good as the first one and lets hope we get to see Michael in a flashback or two.

28 weeks later????? Are they sure?!?!?! Sounds like another Hollywood attempt to cash in on what was a great idea. And OF COURSE an American just HAS to be the bloody hero doesn’t it?!!??! I’m sure that there will be a reason for this “Special Forces” pilot being in London in the first place…… like saving the Elephants and Penguins in Regent’s Park Zoo from the rage victims…….. but come on!!!! Let’s get real here. When have the fans of cult classics such as 28 Days ever been satisfied with a Hollywood takeover of the original and tailoring it to their whims?? I love the original but can see this being a bucket of a*se if it is not approached with the same sort of fresh ideas rather than a formulaic hollywood one…. fingers crossed but one will not be holding one’s breath.

BadBob, Hollywood takes a new idea and runs it into the ground. It is just how it goes! Look at Lost, a show with massive twists and sci fi turns and other networks are copying it and they aren’t having the success. This won’t succeed like they want it to and then we will have to deal with 28 months later, and 28 years later. If any of the ideas are fresh it would have to be 28 years later. The main characters would be out and a new cast and maybe the virus gets out again and they are prepared, etc etc. Lets just hope Hollywood gets some fresh faces soon.

So wait, Michael and Waltaka: coolest part of the show) are both gone? They should release a final secret video of Lindelof and Abrahms and the rest of the Lost cast and crew jumping over the dharma shark in a waterski pyramid and call it quits.
