Matthew Fox is close to signing on as Sly Stallone’s nemesis in the upcoming "Rambo IV".  Nothing is final at his point, but if the deal goes through, Fox will play the part of "Patrick Merchant",  a rogue special ops soldier on the run from bogus war crimes charges.
