Big revelations slipped out of ABCMedianet. Pictures revealing that Hurley had an “imaginary friend” in the instituition, and that Libby was indeed a patient. In this sequence of pictures you see an asylum doctor, (Played by Bruce Davison of XMEN), taking polaroids of Hurley. In one angle, which represents Hurley’s view of the situation, Hurley has his arm around his buddy Dave. In the next picture, you see from behind that Hurley is posing with air.

And, yes, that is Cynthia Watros as a straight-haired, brunette, some-what psycho-looking with the crushed med cup Libby. Is she stalking Hurley?
