Ana has a line “I’m taking over.” Ana tries a violent take-over, but Desmond shows up unexpectedly and saves the day. Fans who have been waiting to see Ana get put in her place will see it. Jack questions Desmond about the medicine, Desmond says it will help but that Sawyer has “bigger” problems then the infection. Flash back explains how Ana LOST her job as a cop, also why she was in Australia. “
